Under SaaS License you don't have to do anything for WebKOBIS ERP3 updates.

If you are a  Standard Installation WebKOBIS user, standard updates will be done automatically to your WebKOBIS.

If you are using have a Customized WebKOBIS, updates will be implemented with your confirmation.
